After an extraordinary 35-year career with Ford Motor Company, Craig Metros retired as North American Design Director, having played a pivotal role in creating some of the most recognizable and celebrated vehicles of the modern era.
Throughout his career, Craig led the design and development of legendary programs including the Ford Mustang, the F-Series truck lineup, the award-winning 2017 Ford GT race car and the highly anticipated rebirth of the Ford Bronco. His work has influenced generations of enthusiasts while helping define the future of American automotive design.
Today, Craig continues to shape the industry through design consulting and by mentoring future designers as an instructor at Detroit’s renowned College for Creative Studies. His decades of experience balancing heritage, innovation and performance make him an invaluable member of the Hilton Head Island Concours d’Elegance judging panel.
