Terms and Conditions

By purchasing a ticket, registering, or attending the Hilton Head Island Concours d’Elegance & Motoring Festival (“Event”), or by subscribing to our email and/or SMS lists, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions.

1. Ticket Purchase & Entry

  • All sales are final. Tickets are valid only for the date(s) and event(s) specified.

  • Tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable, except as required by law or explicitly stated in Event communications.

  • Tickets must be purchased through authorized outlets. The Event is not responsible for counterfeit or invalid tickets purchased from unauthorized sellers.

  • Entry requires a valid ticket and may require a government-issued photo ID.

  • Re-entry policies vary by venue and event day and may be subject to security screening.

2. Event Schedule & Modifications

  • The Event reserves the right to change, reschedule, postpone, or cancel programming, appearances, activities, or venue locations at its discretion.

  • In the event of cancellation due to weather, natural disaster, or other causes beyond our control (see Section 11: Force Majeure), refunds or credits will be issued in accordance with applicable laws and Event policy.

3. Refunds & Exchanges

  • Except in the case of full Event cancellation, no refunds will be issued for unused tickets or no-shows.

  • Tickets may not be resold, exchanged, or refunded after purchase except where required by law.

  • If the Event is postponed, your original ticket will be valid for the rescheduled date.

4. Security & Admission Policies

  • All guests, bags, and belongings are subject to search upon entry.

  • The Event reserves the right to refuse or revoke admission at its sole discretion for safety, security, or behavioral reasons, without refund.

  • Prohibited items include, but are not limited to: weapons, illegal substances, outside alcohol, drones, or any item deemed unsafe by security personnel.

5. Assumption of Risk & Liability Waiver

By attending the Event, you voluntarily assume all risks incidental to participation, including but not limited to injury, illness (including communicable diseases), property loss, or damage.

You agree to release Hilton Head Island Concours d’Elegance & Motoring Festival, its affiliates, sponsors, partners, staff, and vendors from any and all claims, liability, or damages arising from attendance, except as required by law.

6. Media & Photography Consent

By entering the Event grounds, you grant Hilton Head Island Concours d’Elegance & Motoring Festival and its authorized partners the right to photograph, film, or record your image, likeness, and/or voice.

You consent to the use of these images and recordings for promotional, marketing, archival, and commercial purposes without compensation or notice.

7. Email & SMS Communications

  • By purchasing a ticket or subscribing to Hilton Head Island Concours d’Elegance & Motoring Festival communications, you consent to receive email and/or text messages from us related to event announcements, ticketing, promotions, and other updates.

  • Message frequency may vary. Standard message and data rates may apply.

  • You may unsubscribe from email at any time by clicking the “Unsubscribe” link in any message or by contacting us directly.

  • You may opt out of SMS at any time by replying STOP to any message.

  • We do not sell or share your personal contact information with third parties for their own marketing purposes.

  • All communications comply with applicable laws including the CAN-SPAM Act and the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA).

8. Code of Conduct

We are committed to creating a welcoming and respectful environment for all guests.

Prohibited behavior includes, but is not limited to:

  • Harassment, discrimination, or verbal abuse

  • Disruptive, unsafe, or illegal activity

  • Violation of venue or event rules
    Guests engaging in prohibited behavior may be removed without refund.

9. Children & Minors

  • Children under [insert age policy, e.g., 12] must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian at all times.

  • Certain areas or activities may have age restrictions.

10. Alcohol Policy

  • Alcohol will be served only to guests 21 years or older with valid ID.

  • The Event reserves the right to refuse service to anyone exhibiting signs of intoxication.

  • Outside alcohol is strictly prohibited.

11. Force Majeure

The Event shall not be liable for any failure to perform its obligations where such failure results from causes beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, war, terrorism, labor disputes, government regulations, natural disasters, pandemic, or extreme weather.

In such cases, ticket policies, including rescheduling or credit, will be communicated to all purchasers.

12. Privacy & Data Use

  • Your contact and personal information is collected solely for the purpose of processing ticket transactions, communications, and enhancing your experience with the Event.

  • We do not sell your personal data.

  • Data may be shared with select partners or vendors only as necessary to facilitate Event operations, ticketing, or marketing campaigns on behalf of the Event.

13. Compliance with Laws

All attendees must comply with applicable local, state, and federal laws.

14. Acceptance of Terms By purchasing a ticket, attending the Event, or subscribing to Event communications, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
