Welcome Exhibitors

We’re looking forward to welcoming you to the Hilton Head Island Concours d’Elegance & Motoring Festival. This page is designed as your go-to resource for planning your arrival, picking up credentials, placing your vehicle, and navigating show days with confidence.   • All exhibitors must check in at the on-site registration tent located at:

    Approach from SC-278 / William Hilton Parkway: Turn onto Dillon Road, proceed to Union Cemetery Road, then turn right onto Union Cemetery Road. The Exhibitor Check-in tent will be on your right—pull into the parking area to the right of the tent for packet pickup.

    What you’ll receive at check-in

    Your Exhibitor Packet will include:

    • Exhibitor Badges (2 per vehicle shown) for admission for you and your guest

    • Exhibitor Lounge wristbands (2 per vehicle shown) (continental breakfast Sat/Sun and Sunday lunch for qualifying exhibitors, as applicable)

    • Any additional event tickets you purchased

    • A dash plaque allowing admittance to the show field (details vary by display day)

    Check-in Hours

    • Thursday, Oct. 29: 1:00 PM – 5:00 PM

    • Friday, Oct. 30: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM

    • Saturday, Oct. 31: 10:00 AM – 4:00 PM (please do not arrive before 10:00 AM; Car Club Showcase exhibitors will be taking the field)

    • Sunday, Nov. 1: 6:30 AM – 8:30 AM

  • There is no transporter parking at the check-in tent, and trailers cannot be accommodated at The Westin.

    Transporter parking is available starting 9:00 AM Thursday, Oct 29 through 12:00 PM Monday, Nov 2.

    Offloading guidance (Sunday arrivals)

    Cars arriving on trailers should be offloaded at transporter parking and driven to check-in no earlier than 7:15 AM and by 9:00 AM. If your car cannot be driven on public roads, coordinate offloading with event personnel at check-in.

  • Show hours (public):

    • Saturday, Oct 31: 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM

    • Sunday, Nov 1: 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM

    For the guest experience and safety of all vehicles, exhibitors must keep vehicles on the show field until at least 4:00 PM on the day(s) your vehicle is on display.

    Special Exhibits: We ask that all vehicles be placed on the Special Exhibit field Friday between 12:00 PM – 5:00 PM. Scheduling concerns: Huntley Tarleton (843) 384-4753.

  • For the safety of participants, attendees, and vehicles, please ensure your vehicle is equipped with:

    • A fire extinguisher

    • Chock blocks (must be in use while parked/displayed)

Driving Tour | Oct 30

Experience Lowcountry the way it was meant to be enjoyed — from behind the wheel. This guided driving tour offers exhibitors a relaxed opportunity to take their vehicles on the road, enjoy scenic routes, and connect with fellow enthusiasts before the weekend’s main events.

Advance registration required. Space is limited.

Fashion Awards

Celebrate the timeless connection between classic cars and classic style. The Fashion Awards honor period-inspired attire and personal style, recognizing individuals and couples who bring elegance and authenticity to the show field.

Participation is optional and open to all exhibitors and guests. Awards will be presented on Sunday afternoon.

Pinnacle Society

The Pinnacle Society is our charitable membership program supporting the future of the Hilton Head Island Concours d’Elegance & Motoring Festival and the next generation of automotive enthusiasts. Members enjoy exclusive perks throughout the weekend while directly contributing to educational programs, youth initiatives, and preservation efforts that keep automotive passion thriving for years to come. Open to those interested in supporting the mission beyond the show field.
