Bill Rothermel

Known for his encyclopedic automotive knowledge and unmistakable voice behind the microphone, Bill Rothermel brings passion, poise, and personality to concours events across the country. From his early days identifying cars from a stroller to his current role as a respected automotive historian, emcee, and judge, Bill has dedicated a lifetime to celebrating the history and heritage of the automobile.

His expertise spans every era—from Brass and Classic Era vehicles to muscle cars, post-war American cruisers, and European sports cars. Bill is also an avid collector of miniature cars and automobilia, combining scholarship with enthusiasm in everything he does.

He serves on the Board of Directors for both the AACA Museum, Inc. and The Elegance at Hershey, and is a well-known presence at premier concours events nationwide. Bill has served as Master of Ceremonies or Color Commentator at major shows including:
