2021 festival covid-19 safety protocol
The health and safety of our attendees, exhibitors, judges, volunteers and staff is of primary concern to the Hilton Head Island Concours d’Elegance & Motoring Festival. To that end, the following protocols have been put in place for the 2021 Festival and all of the events that comprise the Festival as safeguards against the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic:
We cannot express enough how excited we are to host this year’s event and we want to make sure everyone can attend in a safe manor.

- Masks will be required on all shuttle vehicles.
If you have not brought a mask, disposable masks will be available on all shuttle vehicles.
All shuttle drivers will be masked, and sanitizer will be available on the shuttles. - We are asking all participants that, if they are experiencing any of the following symptoms, they not attend the event:
Fever or chills
Cough
Shortness of breath or difficulty breathing
Fatigue
Muscle or body aches
Headache
New loss of taste or smell
Sore throat
Congestion or runny nose
Nausea or vomiting
Diarrhea
If you begin to feel symptomatic, free COVID testing is being offered at:

For additional testing sites, please visit https://scdhec.gov/covid19/covid-19-testing-locations - Masks are recommended on-site at all times but are extremely encouraged in congested areas (i.e. ticketing gate, food & beverage lines, inside the Port Royal Golf Clubhouse). We will have signage posted in these areas as reminders.
Disposable masks will be available at several locations throughout the Festival venue and quality cloth masks featuring the Hilton Head Island Concours logo will be available for purchase in the Festival’s merchandise tent near ticketing. - Anyone preparing and/or serving food & beverage will be required to wear a mask and gloves.
- Sanitizing stations will be positioned throughout the venue at various locations.
- Hospitality areas have been expanded to provide more space per person to allow for social distancing and we encourage everyone to follow social distancing guidelines while at the event.
